What to expect in a cardio class

Get your heart pumping and energy flowing in our high-intensity cardio workout classes. From HYROX and HIIT to boxercise and cycling, our group fitness sessions are designed for maximum impact and maximum fun.

New to exercise or easing back in? We offer beginner cardio classes and low-impact options, so everyone can get moving, build endurance, and enjoy a great workout.
